A private home session gives the teacher time to observe how you move, explain each practice carefully and offer suitable alternatives. The pace can be adjusted as you build familiarity, strength, mobility, balance and confidence.
Sessions are guided by Ruuh Yog's RYT 500 teacher, who is also a member of the Indian Yoga Association.
The emphasis is on a steady, well-rounded practice rather than performance or forcing the body into a shape.
Personal Guidance In Your Own Space
Receive live, individual yoga guidance in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Each 60-minute session is shaped around your experience, pace and goals, without the need to travel to a studio.
Private yoga classes at home are currently available from Goregaon East to Malad West. Other locations in the western suburbs beyond Andheri may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on travel time and availability.

A Complete Yoga Practice
Depending on the purpose of the session and the student's needs, the practice may draw from four connected areas. Not every element will appear in equal measure in every class.
Asana
Postures and movements chosen to develop strength, mobility, balance, coordination and body awareness. Attention is given to how a posture is entered, maintained and released.

Pranayama
Breathing practices introduced gradually and without strain, with techniques selected according to experience and suitability.
Kriya
Simple cleansing or energising practices may be included where appropriate. These are taught selectively rather than treated as a standard routine for everyone.
Meditation
Periods of stillness, relaxation or quiet observation may be included to support steadiness and awareness.

Who Private Home Sessions May Suit
Students living with certain health conditions may receive basic guidance on yogic health management. Depending on suitability, this may include practice modifications and broad suggestions relating to daily routine, diet and lifestyle alongside asana, breathing practices and meditation.
This guidance is educational and supportive. It does not diagnose or treat illness, provide clinical nutrition therapy or replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, mental-health professional or qualified dietitian. Any diagnosed condition, recent injury or procedure, pregnancy or ongoing treatment should be disclosed before beginning.
A Holistic Approach To Certain Health Needs

Props can make a posture more accessible and help the body find a steadier position. Yoga blocks, a yoga belt, a wheel or a sturdy chair may be used to support alignment, balance and posture where helpful.
A prop is not used to force the body deeper into a posture. It may bring the floor closer, extend reach, offer stability or make a variation more appropriate for the person practising. Any props needed for your sessions can be discussed before you begin; there is no need to purchase everything immediately.
Props That Support Your Practice
1. Send an enquiry — Share your neighbourhood, preferred frequency and what you would like support with.
2. Discuss suitability — Relevant health information, practical requirements, exact location and available timings are discussed before confirming the first class.
3. Choose your routine — Practise three times a week or from Monday to Saturday, according to the consistency and support you prefer.
4. Practise at home — The teacher travels to your home for a live 60-minute private session at the mutually agreed time.
