Live Online Yoga Classes: Private 1:1 & Group Sessions

Join Ruuh Yog from anywhere in the world for live online yoga classes with real-time guidance. Each session lasts 60 minutes; choose the individual attention of a private session or the shared rhythm of a group practice.

Each class brings together different dimensions of yoga - including asana, pranayama, kriya and meditation - to create a practice that supports the body, breath and mind rather than focusing only on postures.

What Live Online Yoga Classes Include

Physical postures are one part of the Ruuh Yog approach. The content and emphasis of a class may vary according to its focus, the students attending and what is appropriate on that day.

Asana

Guided physical practice to gradually develop strength, mobility, balance, coordination and body awareness. Attention is given to how you enter, hold and leave a posture, not simply to reaching its final shape.

Pranayama

Breath awareness and suitable breathing practices are introduced progressively. The aim is to develop a steadier, more conscious relationship with the breath without forcing or straining it.

Kriya

Simple yogic cleansing or energising practices may be included when appropriate. These are selected with care and are not treated as one-size-fits-all techniques.

Meditation

Guided attention, stillness or quiet observation may be used to help the practice settle beyond physical movement and create space for greater awareness.

Not every element will appear in equal measure in every class. The practice is balanced over time and adapted to the format, level and needs of the students.

Props are used to make a posture more accessible, create stability and help you understand alignment more clearly. They are not used to force the body further into a shape.

  • Yoga blocks can bring the floor closer, provide height and support steadier positioning.

  • A yoga belt can extend reach and help maintain alignment without pulling or straining.

  • A sturdy chair can provide balance, stability and supported variations of standing or seated postures.

  • A yoga wheel may be introduced for selected mobility, support or strengthening work when it is suitable for the student.

You will not be expected to purchase every prop before your first class. Begin with a yoga mat and a stable chair; any additional props can be discussed according to the practice you choose.

Support Where The Body Needs It

Private Online Sessions

Private sessions offer focused attention and greater scope to adapt the practice around your experience, pace, goals and relevant health considerations.

They are especially useful for beginners who want more support, students returning after a break, or anyone who prefers individual guidance.

Schedule: According to mutual availability

Frequency: Three classes a week or Monday to Saturday

Duration: 60 minutes

Fee: ₹500 per 60 minute class

Online Group Sessions

Group sessions provide live guidance and the shared consistency of practising with others.

General adaptations may be offered during class, although the degree of individualisation is naturally more limited than in a private session.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 8:00–9:00 am IST and 4:00–5:00 pm IST

Frequency: Choose three classes a week or Monday to Saturday

Duration: 60 minutes

Fee: ₹300 per 60 minute class

Three-month package rates are available for all class formats. Message on WhatsApp for current options.

A Holistic Approach To Individual Needs

Students living with certain health conditions may receive basic guidance on yogic health management, particularly within private sessions. Depending on suitability, this can include practice modifications and broad suggestions relating to daily routine, diet and lifestyle alongside the physical and breathing practices.

This guidance is educational and supportive. It does not diagnose or treat illness, provide clinical nutrition therapy or replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, mental-health professional or qualified dietitian. Any diagnosed condition, recent injury or procedure, pregnancy or ongoing treatment should be disclosed before beginning so that the safest suitable class format can be discussed.

What A Live Online Class Feels Like

  • You join through a live video call rather than following a recording.

  • Your camera is positioned so the teacher can see the relevant movements and offer verbal cues.

  • The teacher demonstrates, observes and guides the pace of the practice in real time.

  • Movements and practices are introduced progressively, with alternatives where appropriate.

  • The session may close with quieter breathwork, relaxation or meditation depending on its focus.

Who These Classes Are For

  • Beginners who want live guidance rather than trying to interpret recorded videos alone

  • Adults over 35 who want to maintain strength, mobility, balance and confidence in movement

  • Students returning after a long break who would like a gradual way back into practice

  • People whose work, travel or location makes attending a studio inconvenient

  • Experienced students who value consistency and attentive, well-rounded practice

Practice space: A yoga mat and enough clear space to move safely

Device: A phone, tablet or computer with a stable internet connection

Camera: A position that allows the teacher to see the relevant practice area clearly

Chair: A sturdy, non-rolling chair

Optional Props: Yoga blocks and a yoga belt when available; a yoga wheel only when advised or relevant

Before your first class, you will receive practical guidance on setting up your space and joining the session.
